Pure. Intentional. Handmade, never processed.
Shmurah Matzah is carefully guarded from the moment of harvest through every stage of baking to ensure it never leavens, and is crafted slowly and intentionally by hand. Round and rustic, it mirrors the matzah our ancestors baked as they left Egypt and is ideal for Seder use. In Kabbalah, it is known as the “bread of healing,” nourishing both body and soul.
Thanks to generous, local donors, we are gratified to be able to gift a handbaked Shmurah Matzah for the Seder to the entire community.
